The recent Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge mega-leak did mention the fact that the device's display would be clad in Corning's Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, which hasn't been officially unveiled yet, and today Samsung has come out and confirmed it, as part of a teaser campaign for the smartphone which is finally getting fully announced on May 13. Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 combines "Corning’s advanced glass technology with Samsung’s proprietary processing and reinforcement technologies", Samsung says, helping the S25 Edge deliver "a sleek yet strong design".
