Tecno Camon 16 S shows up on Google Play Console with Helio P22 chipset, 720p display

Tecno introduced three Camon 16 phones earlier this month – all of them high-fliers with a Helio G-series chipsets. An entry-level device will be added to the series soon and the Google Play Console has the first details. The Tecno Camon 16 S will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P22, a 12nm chipset from 2018 with eight Cortex-A53 cores (2.0 + 1.5 GHz) and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU (650 MHz).
